Armineh B. Kajoian, MD
Dr. Armineh Kajoian received her undergraduate degree from the University of Dallas (BS in Biology). Her Medical School
and Residency were completed at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
Following residency, she completed one year of oncologic pathology at The MD Anderson Cancer Center. Dermatopathology training was at the Ackerman Academy of Dermatopathology with Dr. A. Bernard Ackerman and Dr. Geoffrey J. Gottlieb and followed after being out and practicing surgical pathology. She has had several years of dermatopathology experience perdominantly in an outpatient laboratory setting.
Dr. Kajoian’s areas of expertise and interest include melanocytic neoplasms and inflammatory disorders.
“I am very involved with teaching and training of the sales team and have just completed a Dermatopathology Primer in conjunction with another dermpathopathologist which will be used to teach the sales team,” she said. “I enjoy visiting and getting to know our clinical colleagues.”
When not at Miraca Life Sciences, Dr. Kajoian spends time with her husband, son (age 6) and daughter (age 4).
