Myeloma Prognostic Risk Signature^™ (MyPRS^™)

Myeloma Prognostic Risk Signature (MyPRS) offers the most detailed expression profiling information for multiple myeloma patients available on the market. MyPRS analyzes and applies a proprietary algorithm to a defined number of relevant genes to determine the gene expression profile associated with the patient's condition. The gene expression profiling behind MyPRS enables truly personalized treatment options.

MyPRS is a powerful prognostic tool for MM patients, and is easy to order since the specimens are already being sent to Miraca Life Sciences. By coupling MyPRS with Miraca's comprehensive diagnostic analysis, a platform has been created for physicians to receive both the definitive diagnosis and prognostic information needed to begin the timely treatment of patients.

MyPRS is available to community-based hematologists and medical oncologists exclusively through Miraca's Hematology Pathology Services. The MyPRS analysis will be performed at Signal Genetics' CLIA-approved laboratory, located on the campus of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas. Test results will be incorporated into Miraca's reports, providing a seamless and comprehensive overview for the ordering physician.
